Every piece in the RFB collection is sourced directly from artisan communities in Rwanda, Panama, Colombia, and Ghana. Nothing is reproduced, nothing goes through a wholesaler, and nothing will show up in a competing project. Trade members get 30% off the full collection, new arrivals before they're listed publicly, and a direct line to Jen for client sourcing conversations.

What You're Sourcing

Not decor. One-of-a-kind handwoven art.

Tall Rwandan Agaseke at 54 to 65 inches. Panama Wounaan baskets collected by museums internationally. Ghana sculptural floor pieces custom-commissioned for RFB. Emberá woven masks. Colombian Werregue. Ticuna ceremonial figures from the Colombian Amazon.

Everything is purchased directly from the artisans who made it, on personal sourcing trips. No wholesaler, no importer, no middleman. When a piece arrives at RFB it has passed through exactly two pairs of hands: the weaver who made it, and Jen.

Nothing is reproduced. When something sells, it's gone.

Fill out the form below. Approval is quick, usually within a day. You'll receive your trade code by email.

Enter your trade code at checkout with your registered email. 30% applies automatically to all qualifying pieces.

No minimum. Place a piece in a project and see how it lands. Returns are 14 days with no restocking fee.

Hold a piece, get early access to new arrivals, or talk through a sourcing question. jen@woven.art, usually same day.

Shipping and Returns

Ships 1 to 2 days. Deadline-aware.

Most orders go out the next business day. If you have a client deadline, email Jen before placing the order and she'll confirm timing. Every piece ships carefully packed with documentation of the artisan and the cultural context of the work.

14-day returns

If a piece doesn't work in a project, returns are 14 days from delivery with no restocking fee. Pieces must be returned in original condition. Email jen@woven.art to start a return.

Pieces that won't appear in competing projects

Every piece is one of a kind. Once it sells, it's gone. Nothing is available from another US retailer. Your client's piece is theirs alone.

Trade Program FAQ

What does 30% off actually cover?

Everything in the collection at woven.art, except display stands. Baskets, masks, figures, sculptural forms. The discount applies at checkout when you use your trade code with your registered email address.

Is there a minimum order or annual commitment?

No minimum order, no annual fee, no commitment of any kind. You can place one piece for one client and that's fine. The program is designed to be used the way it works best for your practice.

How quickly will I hear back after applying?

Usually within a day. If you need to order sooner, email jen@woven.art directly and she'll get you set up the same day.

Can I hold a piece while working with a client?

Yes. Email Jen directly and she'll take it off the site while you're working. Just let her know the timeline.

What if a piece doesn't work in a project?
